The Shufersal pharmacy chain offers an original shopping experience adapted to the current needs of the Israeli customer, while ensuring fairness and affordable prices.

In 2022, the trend that characterized the chain since its launch at the end of 2018 continued - relentless growth and focus on customers. This year, seven new branches were opened across the country bringing the chain to 91 branches, 10 "Store in Store" complexes in Shufersal Deal branches, and 17 pharmacies branded and managed by BE within Shufersal branches.

The plan for the coming years is to reach about 130 branches, and about 25 "Store in Store" complexes in Shufersal Deal branches. The BE private brand is very successful in the pharmaceutical sector and includes toiletries, vitamins and nutritional supplements. These are sold in all chain stores and Shufersal branches. BE also enables a service for dispensing medical cannabis in 21 pharmacies across the country.

As part of the wide range of services, BE collaborates with WOLT, which is expanding rapidly across the country. The unique and original collaboration, which was launched during the Covid period, won the "BRAVO - Consumer Recommendation" outstanding service award in 2023. During the year, we expanded the service expanded and launched a pilot for the delivery of OTC medicines from three BE branches using WOLT. This service joins the rapid growth of sales at BE on Shufersal Online. BE plans to continue to develop online by increasing the variety offered and developing an independent website.
